This period is ideal because the midnight sun allows for long days of wildlife spotting and boat trips. If you’re hoping to see the northern lights, visit between October and February. The polar night creates perfect dark-sky conditions. Spring, especially March and April, offers a balance of returning daylight, snowy landscapes, and excellent opportunities for activities.
